BYI . I struggle with Emotional Dysregulation, which is basically a fancier word for mood swings with with a sparkle. this may cause my moods to be triggered easily by certain things. please don’t take it personally !!
I also struggle with Depression, Anxiety and PTSD. these ones are more simpler and better to understand.
I’m currently getting tested for BPD ( Borderline Personality Disorder. ), so please keep this in mind.
If i do not reply or seem distant / disinterested, please don’t take that personally either.. i normally have times where my depression spikes and i end up becoming distant with the people i care about. ( e.g. not replying alot, dry texting or ignoring messages. ) . . all you have to do during these times is give me space for a day! thats all i ask :)ASK ABOUT TRIGGERS ! i’m not going to state them here. i’d rather talk about them to people who intend to talk to me for a while and that i can trust.
