BYI . I struggle with a mood disorder, which causes me to not handle emotional responses very well. I have consistent mood swings that can sometimes be unpredictable by starting out of nowhere or they can be predictable by something triggering them.
I also struggle with Depression, Anxiety and PTSD. these ones are more simpler and better to understand.
If i do not reply or seem disinterested in conversation with you, do not take it personally. I'm probably going through an episode in which i need space.I am also chronically ill as i have a IBD. This causes random flare ups to happen in which can affect my day very heavily.
